ChatGPT + Wahlu
Wahlu is one place for your social media, and ChatGPT can use it too. Add Wahlu as a custom connection on chatgpt.com, then ask ChatGPT to draft posts, check they're ready and put them on your calendar for review.

It takes a couple of minutes in chatgpt.com, with developer mode. You sign in to Wahlu in your browser, so there's no API key to paste.
On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and select the + button.
Name it Wahlu, paste https://mcp.wahlu.com/mcp as the MCP server URL and choose OAuth if asked how to authenticate.
Create the connection and sign in to Wahlu when asked.
Start a new conversation and add Wahlu from the tools menu.

Set this up on the ChatGPT website; the desktop apps don't have developer mode. Whether developer mode is available depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings, and a workspace admin may need to allow it.
Connecting opens a Wahlu sign-in in your browser. You never paste a password or API key into the chat.
Continue as your Wahlu account, or switch to another one.
The agent only sees the brands you tick.
Every permission starts ticked. Untick any you don't want, such as publishing.
Remove the agent at auth.wahlu.com/connections. Your social accounts stay connected.

ChatGPT creates a draft for each post and schedules each one at pending_review. Held schedules can't publish until you approve them in Wahlu.

How your media gets to Wahlu.
The hosted connection can't open files on your computer. Give the agent a public link to import, pick from your brand's media library, or attach an image the agent can pass on as data. For video, a public link or your media library is usually easiest.
Every Wahlu plan includes agent access, through MCP and the API. You choose the workspace, brands and permissions each connection gets, and can disconnect it at any time.
Agents create schedules at pending_review unless you've told them to publish. A held schedule can't publish until you approve it in the Wahlu calendar.
Publish to social accounts is separate from Manage your schedule. Leave it unticked and nothing your agent schedules can go out on its own.
preflight_draft reports anything that would stop a post, such as media the network won't accept or a caption that's too long, without changing anything.
Queues, general edits to existing drafts, approvals and connecting social accounts happen in the Wahlu app, not through your agent.
