Design your Link in bio page

Add blocks like links, galleries and music, then pick a template and change its colours, fonts and buttons.

Updated

Your page is made of blocks. Add the ones you need and pick a look.

Add a block

  1. Open Link in bio and the Content tab.
  2. Click Add block.
  3. Pick a block and fill it in.

Drag the dots on the left of a block to move it. Click the eye to hide it. To remove it, open it and click Remove block. Links and profiles inside a block move the same way.

Blocks you can add

BlockWhat it does
HeaderYour picture, name and a short bio. It can have a cover picture too.
LinksButtons in a stack, a grid, big cards or a row people swipe. Up to 30.
Social iconsLinks to your profiles. Up to 12.
Recent postsA grid of posts you published with Wahlu.
TextA heading or a few lines of words.
ImageOne picture from your media library.
GalleryUp to 12 pictures, as a grid or a row people swipe.
YouTube videoPlay a video on your page.
Spotify or TikTokPlay a song, playlist, podcast or TikTok video.
Email or phoneLet people email or call you.
Divider or spaceSpace things out.

Every page ends with a small Made with Wahlu link. It shows on every plan.

Add a Spotify or TikTok player

  1. Click Add block, then Spotify or TikTok.
  2. Paste the full link to the song, album, playlist, podcast or video.
  3. Short links, like vm.tiktok.com, don't work. Open the video and copy its full link.

Describe your pictures

Each picture in an Image or Gallery block needs a short description. People who use screen readers hear it. You can save a draft without one, but you can't publish until every picture has one.

Add your social profiles fast

In the Social icons block, click Fill from connected accounts. Wahlu adds the accounts you've already linked. Or click Add profile to add one by hand.

You can add Spotify, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Discord, WhatsApp, Bluesky, Telegram, Tumblr and Substack by hand, alongside the other platforms.

  1. Click Add profile and choose the platform.
  2. Paste a link from that platform. Its web address must match the platform you chose.
  3. For Substack on your own domain, choose Website or add a normal link.

You can also use platform icons on normal Links buttons.

Show each website's own icon

In a Links block, open a link and set Icon to Website's own icon. Your page shows that website's logo next to the link. New links use it to start with.

In a Links block set to Stack or Grid, turn on Make the first link stand out. The first link gets bigger, or spans the full width in a grid. Use it for the link you most want people to tap.

Pick a template

  1. Open the Design tab.
  2. Under Theme, pick one. Each one shows your own page. There are ten: Paper, Editorial, Spotlight, Poster, Aurora, Notebook, Midnight, Builder, Sorbet and Brand.
  3. Click Publish changes when you're happy.

Picking a template replaces your colours, fonts and buttons. Your blocks stay the same.

Change the look

After you pick a template, you can change any part of it under Customise in the Design tab:

  1. Background: a colour, a gradient (Linear, Glow or Mesh), a pattern (Dots, Grid or Lines) or a picture with a tint.
  2. Text: the text colour, the font, and a second font for your name and headings. You can put them in capitals too.
  3. Header: Centred, Left or Hero. Hero shows the cover picture from your Header block across the top of your page, fading into your background.
  4. Buttons: the style (Solid, Outline, Soft shadow, Hard shadow, Frosted glass, Tinted or Plain rows), the corners and the colours.
  5. Motion: ease the page in when it opens.

The font list includes Fraunces, a serif face, and Outfit, a clean sans serif. Pick either for your text or headings.

Fonts load in a smaller web format. People can read your page while its chosen fonts load.

If a colour would be hard to read, your page changes it so people can read it. The Design tab tells you when this happens.

Pictures come from your brand's Media library. Upload them there first.
