Check and approve an Autopilot week

Autopilot works one week at a time. You check each step you asked to check.

See where each week is

Open Autopilot in the brand menu. Each week shows a status:

• Planning: Autopilot is working on it.
• Ready for you: it needs you to check it.
• Scheduled: posts are on the calendar.
• Posted: posts have gone out.
• Needs a look: something went wrong. Open the week to see.
• Locked: this week opens when you subscribe.

Check a week

1. Open Autopilot and click the week.
2. Theme: click Approve theme. Or click or change theme to pick or write your own.
3. Ideas: read each idea. Click Edit idea to change it, or delete it.
4. Click Write the posts, then Write posts. Autopilot writes each post.
5. Posts: open each post's menu. Click Approve, Regenerate or Delete. To change the design, click Open in Studio.
6. Happy with them all? Click Approve all posts.

Approved posts go out at their planned times. You see them in the calendar.

Lines to check

Autopilot only uses facts from your brand details. If a post still has a line it can't match, such as a price, opening hours or a product detail, the post shows lines to check. It waits for you, even if Autopilot approves posts for you.

1. Click the post.
2. Read each line under Check this line before it posts.
3. Click Use suggestion or Remove line to fix it. Then click Save changes.
4. Is the line right? Click It's true.

Add the fact to your brand details so Autopilot can use it next time.

Approve a post with lines to check

When you approve a post that still has lines to check, Wahlu warns you first.

• Approve all posts: a box tells you how many posts and lines are left. Click Review them to see only those posts. Click Show all posts to see the whole week again. Or click Approve anyway.
• One post: you see This post still has lines to check where you clicked Approve. Click Review it or Review them to see the lines. Or click Approve anyway.

Change your mind

Open a post's menu and click Unapprove. It won't go out until you approve it again.

Tips

• Regenerate asks Autopilot to write that post again. You can say what to change.
• No accounts on a post? Click Assign accounts or Connect accounts.
• A week says Needs a look? Open it and click Try again.
