The Wahlu MCP server
Connect any MCP client to Wahlu, hosted with sign-in or run locally with an API key.

MCP is a standard way for AI agents to use apps. Wahlu's hosted server lets your agent read your calendar and help with posts.
What your agent can do
Start by asking it to read your drafts, History, Link in bio stats, Autopilot plan or alerts. It can find your active Autopilot plan and browse more pages of your media library. Each read uses only the workspace, brands and permissions you chose. History needs See publishing history. Alerts need See notifications. These are separate sign-in permissions. New API keys do not offer these reads. If a read is denied, reconnect with that permission or use the app.
With your permission, it can change an unused draft's name or caption, or delete it. It can approve a held post, move a schedule to drafts or delete it. It can also approve an Autopilot idea or ask for a new topic. Both need a paid plan.
Ask it to show the exact change before you approve it. Approving a held post needs the Publishing permission, since the post can then go out. Moving an unsent post to a new time also needs Publishing, even if it is held. Deleting a schedule does not remove a post from a social account.
Approving an idea here keeps any post made from it held for final review, even with auto-approval on.
Approve the post in Wahlu, or use the API or agent with both schedule:write and publish:execute.
Link in bio is read-only through MCP. Insights, comment-to-DM and Studio generation are not exposed.

To run the local server, you need Node.js and an API key.
Local server 0.16.0 is available on npm. It needs Node.js 20 or later. It is the first version that can post to Telegram, Discord and Tumblr, and post X/Bluesky threads. 0.15.0 was the first for Bluesky, and 0.14.0 for X. Older versions can't read answers that name a newer network, so they report an invalid response. Update to 0.16.0 or later to fix it.
Run the current npm release with:

get_plans. The hosted connector excludes this catalogue. - If a limit blocks a hosted request, explain the feature and usage limit.
The plans endpoint is public and read-only. Prices and limits come from the same catalogue as the app.
Limit errors name the limit, used, max and an HTTPS link to compare plans.
The hosted connector does not show subscription catalogues, prices or upgrade links.
The general public API, SDK and CLI catalogue are separate from directory use.
