Check posts your agent schedules

Your agent can hold posts for your review. Here is how to see them, let them go out, or stop them.

Updated

Your agent can schedule a post held for review. A held post can't go out until it is approved. This keeps you in charge.

Ask for held posts

Tell your agent something like: "Schedule these, but hold them for my review." Wahlu's setup guide also tells agents to hold posts unless you clearly say to publish.

See held posts

  • Calendar: held posts show a Review tag. A Held for review panel lists them.
  • History: they say Waiting for approval before it can publish.
  • Overview: they say Needs approval.

Click a post to read it, see its photos and check when it will go out.

Let a post go out

  1. Open Calendar.
  2. Click the post, or click it in the Held for review panel.
  3. Read it, then click Approve.

The post then goes out at its time. If its time has passed, drag it to a later time first. Then approve it.

You can also tell your agent to go ahead. Your agent needs the Publishing permission for that. You give it when you connect.

Posts with lines to check

Autopilot marks lines it couldn't find in your brand details, like a price or opening hours. Your agent can't approve a post like this on its own. It tells you which lines they are first.

  1. Read each line.
  2. Fix it in Autopilot, or tell your agent it's true.
  3. Then tell your agent to approve the post.

See Lines to check.

Stop a post

  1. Click the post in the calendar.
  2. Click Move to drafts to keep it, or Delete to remove it.
  3. Click to confirm.

You can also ask your agent to cancel it, or move it to another time.

Keep full control

Don't give your agent Publishing. Then it can draft and hold posts, but only you can approve them. To change its permissions, disconnect it and connect again. See Disconnect an agent.

Questions

Can a held post go out by mistake?
No. A post held for review can't publish until it's approved.
Who can approve a held post?
The workspace owner and editors. Your workspace also needs an active plan, because an approved post will publish.
