Delete your data

You can delete a brand, a workspace or your whole account yourself.

Delete a brand

This deletes the brand and all its posts, media, content plans and linked accounts.

1. Open the brand and click Brand settings at the bottom of the brand menu.
2. On the General tab, find Delete brand.
3. Type delete to confirm.
4. Click Delete brand.

Delete a workspace

Only the workspace owner can do this.

This deletes the workspace, its brands and everything in them. Other members lose access straight away.

A paid plan on the workspace ends at once. You do not get money back for unused time. To use the time you paid for, cancel the plan and delete the workspace when it ends.

1. Click your workspace name, then Workspace settings.
2. On the General tab, click Delete workspace.
3. Type delete, then click Delete.
4. Click Delete again to confirm.

Delete your whole account

You can do this yourself in Account. See Delete your account. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.

What we keep

We keep some records for a while, like billing records that the law says we must keep. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long. Our Data Deletion page has more detail.
