Workspaces and brands
A workspace holds your brands, plan and credits. Make more than one to keep clients or businesses apart.

A workspace holds your brands, your plan, your credits and your team. Each workspace has its own bill.
A brand is one business or client inside a workspace. See Add a brand.
Make a new workspace
- Click your workspace name at the top left.
- Click Create workspace.
- Type a name, like your business name.
- Click Continue.
Switch workspace
- Click your workspace name at the top left.
- Pick another workspace from the list. A tick shows the one you're in.
You can also press / and type the workspace name.
Workspace settings
Click your workspace name, then Workspace settings. It has these tabs:
- General: the name, icon and plan. Only the owner sees this.
- Members: the people in the workspace.
- Usage: credits, plan limits and media storage. Only the owner sees this.
- Billing: your plan, payments, billing details and cards. Only the owner sees this.
- API keys: keys for developers and agents. Only the owner sees this.
Rename a workspace
- Open Workspace settings, then General.
- Click the name next to Name.
- Type the new name.
- Press Enter, or click somewhere else. You'll see Saved. Press Esc to cancel.
Change the workspace icon
- Open Workspace settings, then General.
- Click Change next to Icon.
- Pick a picture from your brand's Media, or upload a new one.
To take the icon off, click Change, then Remove.
