Every plan includes scheduling, Link in bio, and access for your AI agent through MCP and the API. Plans differ in how many brands, accounts and credits you get.

Free

You don't need a card for Free. Every workspace starts on it.

A post counts towards the month it is scheduled for. Free doesn't include Autopilot.

• You can publish 3 posts a month. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.
• You get 200 credits a month to try Wahlu AI.
• You can write as many drafts as you like.
• You can connect your AI agent and make a Link in bio page.

Older plans

Are you on Scheduler, Team, the old Pro or Wahlu AI? You keep your plan, its price and its limits while your plan stays active. If you change plans, you pick from today's plans.

What each plan includes

• Free: 3 publishes per network in 24 hours, 100 media items and 3 accounts per network, per brand.
• Plus: 10 publishes per network in 24 hours, 1,000 media items and 5 accounts per network, per brand.
• Pro: 15 publishes per network in 24 hours, 1,000 media items and 5 accounts per network, per brand.
• Max: 15 publishes per network in 24 hours, 1,000 media items and 5 accounts per network, per brand.
• Agency: 50 publishes per network in 24 hours, 1,000 media items and 5 accounts per network, per brand.
• Agency Plus: 50 publishes per network in 24 hours, 1,000 media items and 5 accounts per network, per brand.

These figures come from the plan catalogue. Plain-text pricing is also available.

Social accounts count across all brands in your workspace. Each network also has a cap within each brand. Existing connections stay connected when you reach a limit. You can still reconnect them. To add another account, remove one you no longer need or choose a plan with more room.

Posts and media

There is no lifetime post cap. Daily publishing caps use a rolling 24 hours for each network within a brand. Non-failed publications count. A network safety cap can be lower than your plan cap.

The media cap counts items within each brand. Hidden items do not count. It applies to uploads, imported files and generated media, including repaired copies. Delete media you no longer need to make room.

How billing works

• Monthly is billed once a month.
• Yearly is paid once a year. It costs a little less than 10 monthly payments.
• Monthly plans started before 27 September 2026 bill every 4 weeks. That is 13 payments a year. They keep that cycle until you change or cancel the plan.
• Prices are in US dollars.

What credits are for

Credits pay for writing, images, Autopilot, website scans, Instagram replies and extra X posts with links. Asking the assistant to find or organise things uses no credits. Credits are usage units, not money. Credit packs have different prices, so check the pack price before you buy.

Paid plans include up to 300 posts to X a month, and 15 of them can have a link. See Post to X.

Every paid plan comes with credits each month. Yearly plans get them every 4 weeks. Credits are shared by every brand in your workspace. They reset each period and don't roll over.

See your credits

1. Click your workspace name at the top left.
2. Click Workspace settings, then Usage.
3. Find Credits at the top.

The top line shows the credits you can use now across all brands in your workspace. Plan allowance says how many credits your plan adds and when the next top-up is due. Credits reserved for work in progress are shown only when there are some. They are not part of your available balance.

Used this month shows recorded work this calendar month in UTC. The bar compares it with the credits left. Some older work has no usage record. Your available balance still shows the credits you can use.

Plan, purchased and trial credits show their own expiry dates. Extra credits include gifts and credits added by support. Next to Credit history, click Show history to see packs that are used up or expired.

Buy credits

1. Open Workspace settings, then Usage.
2. Click Buy credits in Credits.
3. Pick a pack and pay on Stripe.
4. Return to Wahlu. If payment is still being checked, click Check purchase.

Packs go from 500 to 12,000 credits. Prices are in US dollars. Credits you buy last 6 months.

Only the workspace owner can see usage and buy credits.

See your plan limits

Usage also shows Plan limits: social accounts and brands used against your plan. On Free it shows posts this month too. These are shared by every brand in your workspace. When you get close to a limit, click Upgrade.
