Post at set times with queues

A queue is a list of posts that go out one by one on a repeating schedule. Set one up and fill it.

Updated

A queue is a list of posts. Wahlu posts the top one at each set time, then the next one, and so on. It's great for posts you want to share again and again.

Make a queue

  1. Click Queues in the brand menu.
  2. Click New queue (or Create queue if you have none). Give it a name.
  3. Open the new queue's Configuration tab.
  4. Pick the accounts to post to under Select Accounts.
  5. Choose a Posting Mode:
    • Interval: post every few minutes, hours or days.
    • Scheduled Times: post at set times of day, in the time zone you pick.
  6. Set when the queue Starts At and Ends At.
  7. Turn on Active Status to start. New queues start paused.

Turn on Loop Queue to send each post to the back of the line after it goes out. Then it posts again later.

A queue sends its posts out one by one. The café is an example.

Add posts to a queue

  1. Make a post as normal.
  2. At the bottom, click the … button, then Add to a queue.
  3. Pick the queue.

The post goes to the end of the line. It doesn't get a set date in the calendar.

You can also add posts from the queue's Posts tab with Add Posts.

Change the order

Open the queue's Posts tab. You can move a post to the top, remove it, or click Shuffle. Click Save Changes when you're done.

Questions

Which accounts does a queued post go to?
The accounts you picked in the queue's settings. The queue decides, not the post.
Why did my queue stop?
A queue turns itself off when it runs out of posts, or after 5 failed posts in a row. Add posts or fix the problem, then turn it back on.
