Plan with the calendar
See every post in a month, week or day view. Drag a post to move it, or click it to change it.
Updated
The calendar shows every post for a brand, in one place.
Open the calendar
- Open your brand.
- Click Calendar in the brand menu.
- Pick Month, Week or Day. Use the arrows, or Today, to move around.
To see only some accounts, use the channel bar. Pick All channels or one account.
Move a post
- Drag the post to a new day or time.
- Let go. Wahlu saves the new time.
In Month view, the post keeps its time of day. In Week and Day view, it takes the time of the slot you drop it on. You can't move a post into the past.
Change a post
- Click the post.
- Change the time, the accounts, the caption or the settings.
- Save your changes.
Posts that have already gone out can only be viewed.
Stop a post going out
- Click the post.
- Click Move to drafts or Delete.
- Click to confirm.
Move to drafts keeps the post. You find it in Drafts and can schedule it again. Delete removes the post for good, at every time it was scheduled. Your photos and videos stay in your Media library.
You can do this until the post starts to go out.
What the icons mean
- Scheduled: waiting for its time.
- Processing: on its way. Wahlu is sending it, or waiting for its media or the network to finish.
- Published: it went out.
- Failed: it didn't go out. See Why did my post fail?
- Retrying soon: Wahlu will try again by itself.
Time zones
The calendar uses your computer's time zone. To see other time zones too, go to Brand settings, then General. Add up to 5 under Additional display timezones. You then see them when you hover over a time.
Calendar settings
Click Calendar Settings at the top of the calendar. You can pick your holiday region, the time gaps in Week and Day view, and your default view.
Filter by label
- Click Labels beside the account filters above the calendar.
- Pick one or more labels. You see posts with any of those labels.
- Click Clear labels to show all posts again.
Your choice is saved for this brand and page in this browser. Channel filters still apply on the calendar.
Label chips show beside your posts. Add labels in the post editor's Labels panel.
Questions
- Can I delete a scheduled post?
- Yes. Click the post, then click Delete. To keep the post but stop it going out, click Move to drafts instead.
- Why do times look different to my brand's time zone?
- The calendar shows times in your own computer's time zone. The brand's audience time zone helps Autopilot plan, but doesn't change the times you see.
